By enrolling in the RevTech Accelerator program ("Program"), operated by Growfluence Paweł Nicał ("Operator", "we"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before confirming your participation.
1. Program Overview
RevTech Accelerator is a four-month (16-week) business accelerator for experienced GTM and RevOps professionals, delivered live and online. The Program includes, but is not limited to:
- Bi-weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions with Paweł Nicał
- Weekly live cohort workshops
- Live guest sessions with partner founders and experts
- An 8-week business project with individual feedback
- Access to proprietary frameworks, templates, and materials
- Recordings and transcripts of your own cohort's live sessions (see Section 7)
- Elevated access to selected partner tools for three months of the Program, subject to the partners' own terms
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific business results. You are solely responsible for implementation, decision-making, and the outcomes of your business activities.
2. Fees and Payment
Participants may choose one of the following payment options:
- One-time full payment: €10,000, due at enrollment.
- Two monthly payments: €6,000 at enrollment and €6,000 exactly 30 days later (€12,000 total).
- Four monthly payments: €3,000 at enrollment and three further payments of €3,000 at 30-day intervals (€12,000 total).
Invoices are issued for each payment and must be paid in full according to the chosen schedule. Changes in personal or professional circumstances do not alter the payment obligation once enrollment is confirmed. Late payments may result in suspension of access to sessions, support, and resources.
2.1. Seat reservation and payment deadline. A seat in the upcoming cohort is reserved once a deposit of €1,000 is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and is counted toward the total Program fee. To keep the reserved seat, the remaining balance of the full payment, or the first installment, must be received no later than 3 business days before the cohort start date. Enrollment is complete only once this condition is met.
2.2. Split payments. If you choose a split-payment option, each installment is due on its scheduled date regardless of your attendance or pace. Failure to complete agreed payments may result in immediate suspension of access to mentorship, resources, and partner tool benefits.
2.3. No refunds. All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable. See Section 4.
3. Participant Commitments
By joining the Program, you agree to:
- Engage actively in mentorship sessions, workshops, and project work
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with mentors, guest experts, and fellow participants
- Provide necessary input (project briefs, relevant context, scheduled availability) in a timely manner
- Acknowledge that delays, non-participation, or lack of engagement do not constitute grounds for a refund under Section 4
4. Refund Policy
The Program is non-refundable under all standard circumstances. Refunds will not be granted due to:
- A change in business direction, availability, or priorities
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations not outlined in the Program scope
- Failure to attend sessions or make use of included resources and support
You are enrolling in a mentorship program with six seats per cohort. Your commitment helps ensure the experience and momentum of the full cohort. In rare cases (e.g. documented severe illness), exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the Operator.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials shared within the Program – including frameworks, templates, workflows, documents, recordings, and system designs – are the intellectual property of the Operator. They are licensed to you for personal use and direct application within your own business or client work only. You agree not to:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute Program materials outside the Program
- Use Program materials to create competing services, offerings, or courses
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute materials in original or modified form without express written permission
You are encouraged to apply the systems and templates to your own business and client work, but you may not present them as your own intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business data, and personal details shared throughout the Program. You may not disclose, share, or use confidential information received during the Program – including cohort discussions, 1:1 sessions, session recordings, and strategic guidance – outside the Program without the explicit consent of the Operator and, where relevant, the participants concerned.
7. Session Recordings
- Live cohort workshops and guest sessions are recorded. After each session, the recording and a transcript are shared with the enrolled members of that cohort only.
- Cohorts do not receive recordings of other cohorts' sessions, and recordings are not sold or published as standalone content.
- Your image, voice, and contributions may appear in these recordings. Consenting to be recorded in live sessions is a condition of participation; recordings are part of how the Program is delivered.
- You may not download-and-redistribute, publish, or share recordings or transcripts outside your cohort. Doing so is a breach of Sections 5 and 6.
- Cohort access to recordings lasts for the duration of the Program and continues on a lifetime alumni basis for the sessions you attended.
- 1:1 mentorship sessions are recorded and shared only with the individual participant, never with the cohort.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be held liable for:
- Any direct or indirect loss of business, revenue, or profit
- Delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party tools, platforms, or services used during the Program
- Any outcomes or consequences resulting from decisions you make based on Program content, advice, or guidance
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation. No financial compensation or refund will be offered in such cases.
9. Termination
The Operator reserves the right to immediately terminate a participant's access to the Program in case of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse toward other participants, guest mentors, or instructors
- Failure to make agreed payments on time
In the event of termination under the above conditions, no refunds will be issued and access to all Program resources, sessions, and materials will be revoked.
10. Personal Data
Information about how personal data is processed in connection with the website and the Program is set out in the Privacy Policy published on this website.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Poland, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you are a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
12. Agreement to Terms
By confirming your enrollment in the Program (via payment, checkout page, online form, or email), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with enrollment.
