Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 July 2026

This policy explains how personal data is collected and used on this website and in the RevTech Accelerator program.

  • NIP: 5242915958
  • REGON: 388497267
  • Registered address: Rekreacyjna 4ZH lok. 2, 05-500 Józefosław, Poland

2. What data we collect and why

Application form. When you apply to RevTech Accelerator, we collect your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and information about your business, including current revenue range. We use this to review your application, assess fit, and respond to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Correspondence and calls. If you email us or book a call, we process your contact details and the content of the exchange to respond and to prepare your enrollment. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective members (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Enrollment and billing. If you enroll, we process the data needed to conclude and perform the program agreement, issue invoices, and process payments. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations under Polish accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Program participation. During the program we process the content you share in sessions, workshops, projects, and the member community. Live sessions are recorded. Recordings and transcripts are shared only with the members of your own cohort after each session; cohorts do not receive recordings of other cohorts' sessions. Your 1:1 mentorship sessions are also recorded, and shared only with you. Your image, voice, and contributions may appear in these recordings. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) – recordings are part of how the program is delivered – and our legitimate interest in enabling members to revisit sessions they attended (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the website. It processes approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you visit. Analytics runs only after you accept it via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

  • Website hosting: Vercel
  • Application form processing: Formspree
  • Email: Google Workspace (Google)
  • Scheduling: Calendly
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) – only with your consent (see Section 7)
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Member community: Circle
  • Session recording and transcription: Google Meet and Bluedot (bluedothq.com)
  • Accounting services for invoicing and tax compliance

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. International transfers

Some providers listed above are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep data

  • Applications that do not lead to enrollment: deleted within 24 months of the decision
  • Contracts, invoices, and billing records: 5 years from the end of the tax year, as required by Polish law
  • Session recordings and transcripts of the sessions you attended: available to you during the Program and, afterward, on a continuing alumni basis for as long as we operate the program
  • Correspondence: as long as needed to handle the matter, then archived or deleted

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email pawel@rev.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa – uodo.gov.pl.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at all.

Strictly necessary storage. We use your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice (kept for up to 12 months, after which we ask again) and, if you start an application, a session-only draft of the form so your progress is not lost. This storage is required for the site to function, stays on your device, and is not used for tracking.

Analytics cookies – only with your consent. If you accept analytics via the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (stored for up to 2 years) to help us understand how the site is used. If you decline, the Google Analytics script does not load and no analytics cookies are set.

Booking widget. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads only when you open the booking page or the on-site booking window. Calendly may use cookies necessary to provide the scheduling service; see Calendly's privacy policy for details.

Managing your choice. You can accept or decline analytics in the banner on your first visit, and change your decision at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and deletes Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

8. Children

This website and program are directed at business professionals and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the website or program evolves. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
