Operator: RevTech sp. z o.o., registered in Poland in the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0001271502, NIP 5214183012, REGON 545919161, share capital PLN 5,000, ul. Konstruktorska 11, 02-673 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: pawel@rev.tech Effective date: 12 October 2026

These Terms apply when you take a seat in RevTech Academy ("Academy"), operated by RevTech sp. z o.o. ("we", "us"). You accept them when you pay, and we email them to you with your confirmation. Please read them first.

1. The Academy

RevTech Academy is a six-week live online program in Revenue Systems Architecture. Cohort 1 starts on 28 October 2026 and has 50 seats. Your seat includes:

  • a two-hour live session each week, and a weekly Ask Me Anything session;
  • project work between sessions on one real brief, which becomes your capstone, the RevTech Blueprint;
  • a capstone review against criteria published at kickoff, and the certification when your Blueprint meets them (Section 9);
  • access to Clay’s Growth plan for 90 days and Puzzle’s Optimizer plan for life, from kickoff (Section 10);
  • the program materials, and the recordings of your cohort’s sessions (Section 7).

The program asks five to eight hours a week. Sessions are in the morning in North America and in the afternoon or early evening in Europe. We share the exact times before kickoff.

We teach a method and give you feedback on your work. We don’t promise a job, a promotion, revenue or any other result.

2. Your seat

  • You apply through rev.tech/academy. We read every application ourselves and tell you our decision by email.
  • If we accept you, we email you a payment link. We hold your seat for 3 business days, until the date in that email, and never later than 27 October 2026.
  • Your seat is confirmed when your payment is complete. Our contract starts then, and we email you a confirmation with these Terms.
  • If your company pays by invoice, tell us before the hold ends. We keep your seat while the invoice is arranged. The contract then starts when we issue the invoice, and payment is due by the date on it.
  • If your company pays, these Terms bind your company as the buyer, and you as the participant.
  • If the hold ends without a payment or an invoice request, the seat is released.
  • Your seat is personal, and you may not share your access. In special circumstances, and only with our agreement, you may pass your seat to a colleague before kickoff, once we have accepted their application. Passing a seat doesn’t give anyone a refund.

3. Price, payment and invoices

  • The founding price for Cohort 1 is EUR 1,500 per seat, plus VAT if it applies. Polish buyers pay Polish VAT on top; individuals elsewhere in the EU pay their country’s VAT on top, shown at checkout before they pay. If your business has a valid VAT number in another EU country, the reverse charge applies and we add no VAT.
  • You pay on a Stripe payment page, by any method it offers. Stripe processes the payment, and we never see your card details.
  • We issue an invoice for every payment.
  • There are no other fees from us. Your bank or card provider may charge for currency conversion.
  • If a payment is reversed, your access pauses until it is settled.

4. Your right to withdraw (consumers)

This section applies if you buy as a consumer, or as a sole trader for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature, judged by your entry in the business register (CEIDG).

  • You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it starts, without giving a reason.
  • To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days end, by email to pawel@rev.tech or by post to the address above. You can use the form in the Annex, but you don’t have to.
  • We refund everything you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, by the same payment method unless you agree to another. Withdrawing costs you nothing, except as below.
  • If your 14 days run past kickoff, the program starts for you at kickoff only if you ask us to start before your withdrawal period ends. You make this request when you pay. If you then withdraw after kickoff, you pay for the days of the program that have passed, out of its 42, and we refund the rest.
  • You lose the right to withdraw once the program has been fully provided, if you asked us to start before your withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that you would lose the right.

5. No refunds

  • Your payment confirms your seat and locks it for you. The program is non-refundable under all standard circumstances, except as Sections 4 and 6 provide.
  • In rare cases, such as a documented serious illness, we may make an exception at our sole discretion. Email pawel@rev.tech.
  • Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the law, including a consumer’s right to withdraw (Section 4).

6. If we change or cancel the program

  • We may change session times, the order of topics, guest experts or an instructor for a good reason, such as illness or a partner’s availability. We tell you as early as we can, and the program keeps its scope: six weeks, the live sessions, the capstone and the certification.
  • If a session can’t take place, we move it or replace it with an equivalent one.
  • If we cancel Cohort 1, or move its start by more than 7 days, you choose: a full refund, or a seat in the next cohort.

7. Recordings and marketing

  • Live sessions and Ask Me Anything sessions are recorded. After each one, the full recording is shared with the members of your cohort only.
  • Recordings stay available to you for as long as we run the Academy. Other cohorts don’t get them, and we don’t sell them.
  • We may publish screenshots, clips and videos from live sessions in our marketing, and you may appear in them.
  • When you take your seat, you allow us to use your name, your job title and company as you gave them to us, your image and voice as they appear in live sessions, and the feedback and testimonials you give us about the program, to promote RevTech and its programs, in any channel, worldwide and free of charge. This permission is part of our contract: you can’t withdraw it, during the program or after it, except where the law gives you that right.
  • We choose what we publish with care. We don’t publish confidential information about your company or your clients, or anything that shows you in a misleading or harmful way. We may shorten what you said, but we don’t change its meaning. We don’t sell any of it, or let others use it in their own marketing.
  • If you’d rather not appear in a recording, keep your camera off and use the chat.
  • Don’t record sessions yourself, and don’t share recordings outside your cohort.

8. Materials and your work

  • Our materials, including frameworks, templates, workflows, documents and recordings, belong to us. You may use them in your own work and in work for your clients. You may not share, sell or republish them, or use them to build a competing course or program.
  • Your work is yours: your Blueprint, your project and what you build. You allow us to use it to run the program, give you feedback and review your capstone.
  • Publishing your Blueprint at rev.tech is your choice. If you choose it, you allow us to show it on your portfolio page until you ask us to take it down. Otherwise we don’t publish your Blueprint, apart from what you show of it in live sessions (Section 7).
  • Bring only data and material you are allowed to share. Remove or anonymise confidential information about your employer or your clients.

9. Certification

  • RevTech Certified in Revenue Systems Architecture is earned on your Blueprint, not on attendance: designed, built and defended by you, against criteria published at kickoff. We tell you at kickoff how and by when to submit.
  • Our instructors decide whether your Blueprint meets the criteria.
  • Your credential has a public page, so that others can check it. You can ask us to hide it.
  • We may withdraw a credential obtained with someone else’s work or with false information.
  • The credential doesn’t make you an employee, partner or representative of RevTech.

10. Partner tools

  • Clay and Puzzle provide their plans under their own terms, which you accept when you activate them. Access opens at kickoff.
  • We don’t run these services. If a partner changes or ends its offer, we tell you and look for an equivalent.
  • Partner access has no cash value and can’t be exchanged.

11. Taking part

You agree to:

  • treat instructors, guests and other participants with respect: no harassment, discrimination or abuse;
  • keep what others share confidential (Section 12);
  • not use the cohort for unsolicited sales or recruiting messages;
  • not share your access, and not send or post unlawful content.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, we may remove you from the program. A serious breach is harassment, discrimination or abuse of anyone in the program, sharing your access or the recordings outside your cohort, or sending or posting unlawful content. We warn you first and give you the chance to stop, except in a severe case, such as harassment, when we may remove you at once. No refund is due when we remove you, and your access to the sessions, recordings and materials ends. This doesn’t limit a consumer’s rights under the law.

12. Confidentiality

Participants share real situations from their companies and clients. Keep what others share in sessions, in the community and in recordings to yourself, unless they agree otherwise. We treat what you share the same way. This doesn’t cover information that is already public.

13. Liability

  • We are responsible for providing the program as these Terms describe.
  • If you buy as a business, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it, such as for damage caused intentionally, or limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
  • We are not responsible for the partners’ services (Section 10), or for the results of decisions you make based on the program.

14. Complaints

  • Write to pawel@rev.tech: tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We reply within 14 days. If you are a consumer and we haven’t replied within 14 days, we are deemed to have accepted your complaint.
  • If we can’t agree, consumers in Poland can get free help from a local consumer ombudsman (miejski or powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów), or ask the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) to mediate. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

15. What you need to take part

A computer with a current web browser, a stable internet connection and a microphone. A camera is optional. We name the video platform before kickoff. Partner tools have their own requirements.

16. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including recordings, what we publish from them, and your credential page.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future cohorts. For your cohort, we change them only where the law requires it, or with your agreement.

18. Law and courts

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts. Other disputes go to the Polish court competent for our registered address.
